Step 2, "Commitment to Change" is the main part of the self improvement journey, learning the ways one can go about improving themselves and stay committed to doing so. The lessons go over the importance of hobbies, social media, and methods of developing and strengthening ones confidence in order for them to take on anything they would like to use to improve their character.

Step 3, "Resolution" is the final conclusion to the self improvement journey. It offers lessons to advise one going forward in life as well as cautionary reminders so as not to end up back in negative previous cycles.
